If a picture is worth of thousand words, here it goes. My dear friend, Although time flies, I still have 7 more months to go before I get another bachelor degree. 廈門Xiamen is a beautiful island city. 廈門大學XMU 中醫學系TCM clinic is great. I love here more after I visited 北京Beijing and 北京大學BJU 中醫學系TCM last month. It is about time to wish you merry Christmas and happy New Year. Let me do it with a picture of 廈門大學XMU taken from the mountain of 南普陀寺 where a man stands at the lower right hand corner. The highest building in the center is the landmark of XMU. The distant mountain is the mainland and the small island at the top right hand corner is 鼓浪嶼. The water way between is part of the port. Everyday I see ships, all kinds of them in and out. Some are very small, others real huge, if not comparing to the sea. The 35-story building where I live is out of the bound on the right hand side of the picture. I just took a nap on the balcony under the warm winter sunshine in the mid of this afternoon. I love sunshine. I always choose the sunny afternoon to do the laundry, wearing sun glasses, short pants, slipper and nothing else. It is almost paradise here except that there is no sense of the coming of Christmas and New Year. Enjoy what you have for me please. Chuck wu
